Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account with ElangWin. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts opened in another person's name are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. Failure to meet these requirements means bonus-derived funds cannot be cashed out.
Withdrawals are processed in MYR via verified Malaysian payment methods only. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated tools or bots, money laundering, and chargebacks are all strictly prohibited. Such conduct will result in account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between ElangWin and the user. ElangWin reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:
The personal account registered by a User on the ElangWin platform, through which they access games, manage funds, and communicate with the Operator.
The total monetary value of funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable), and any winings yet to be withdrawn.
Any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, or other non-cash value granted by ElangWin to a User, subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable balance.
The identity and age verification process required by the Operator, involving the submission of acceptable government-issued identification documents and supporting proof-address documentation.
Malaysian Ringgit — the primary transactional currency of the ElangWin platform for all Malaysian users.
All games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment processing, and ancillary features available through the ElangWin platform.
The minimum total bet amount a User must place using Bonus Funds, expressed as a multiple of the bonus value, before those funds qualify for withdrawal.

Users must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide your legal full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact telephone number. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account with ElangWin at any time. Duplicate registrations, whether using the same identity details, the same payment method, or the same device, are prohibited. ElangWin uses a range of technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts — including any accumulated balances — may be voided.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify ElangWin's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ElangWin will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
ElangWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance reviews. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence, together with a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
ElangWin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are also accepted. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits apply. These limits are communicated within the cashier section of the platform and may be adjusted at the Operator's discretion or upon request by the player (subject to responsible gambling considerations).
All bets placed via ElangWin are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any bet before submission. ElangWin is not liable for bets placed in error due to user mistake. Sports betting markets include, but are not limited to, football (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and UEFA Champions League), basketball, badminton, tennis, UFC, and esports.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, ElangWin's decision is final, subject to the applicable competition rules and, where applicable, the rules of the relevant governing body of the sport. Disputes must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the result being published on the platform.
ElangWin reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including: manifest pricing errors, incorrect odds display, technical faults, event cancellation, or reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting patterns. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account balance.
In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at any time during live event. ElangWin cannot guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets. Odds in live betting may change significantly within short timeframes; confirmed bets at the time of acceptance will stand at the accepted odds.
All casino and slot games on the ElangWin platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on individual game information pages. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee results for any individual gaming session.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by ElangWin are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to a player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any derived winings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, a player's withdrawable balance will exclude any Bonus Funds and winings attributable to those Bonus Funds.
ElangWin operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting to offset wagering requirements across accounts, exploitation of technical errors resulting in inflated bonus credits, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion's terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, ElangWin reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, suspend the account, and recover any incorrectly paid funds.
ElangWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and are subject to change.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ElangWin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
ElangWin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected, that the player's continued use of the platform presents a financial, legal, regulatory, or reputational risk, or that the player has provided materially false information.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met. Any unclaimed Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. ElangWin may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied. Where an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
All content on the ElangWin platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, and game content — is the proprietary property of ElangWin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or distributed in any form without the express prior written consent of ElangWin.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as confering any licence or right to use any of ElangWin's intellectual property for any purpose other than normal personal use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ElangWin and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ElangWin holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation or ElangWin's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your own jurisdiction.
